If you need a short time to pay your booking deposit in full, we will guarantee to hold a date for you for up to 3 weeks on the payment of a £ 30.00 holding fee. If you pay your booking deposit by the end of the 3 weeks holding period, you may deduct this fee from your booking deposit.
If you do not pay your booking deposit within these 3 weeks, you do not automatically lose your fee but we reserve the right to take another booking instead of yours. The credit of your holding fee will be subject to us still being available to photograph your wedding.

SMALL PRINT :
Bookings are only accepted if you agree to ALL the following conditions.
(1) The number of photographs and the photographer’s time are typical, these may
vary according to the circumstances of your Wedding. If we are required to spend
more time or take more photographs to achieve the coverage for the Wedding Photography
& Add-
(2) You can upgrade the Wedding Photography Add-
(3) In the event of an unforeseen disaster (it has never happened to me since I started wedding photography in 1979 and photographing over 1000 weddings) the extent of my liability will be limited to a full refund of all money paid by you in respect of your Wedding Photography ONLY.
When you book Ourfotos for your wedding photography we reserve that day exclusively for you, therefore if you need to change the date for any reason we may not be able to get another booking for your original date and charges may apply. Please see clauses 4, 5 and 6 below for full details. Your booking cannot be changed or cancelled by telephone, you must notify us in writing!
(4) Postponement : If you need to postpone your booking due to poor health or family tragedy, I will take in to consideration all or part of any money that you have paid as a deposit. If we are not available on your new date, I regret that we will have to consider your change as a cancellation (see clause 6 below).
(4.1) 6 Months: If you postpone your booking giving us more than 6 months notice, we will allow all of the deposit that you have paid against a further booking, as long as it is within 12 months of your original booking.
(4.2) 3 Months : If you postpone your booking giving us more than 3 months notice, I will allow all but £75.00 of the deposit that you have paid against a future booking, as long as it is within 9 months of your original booking.
(4.3) 2 Months : If you postpone your booking giving us more than 2 months notice, I will allow all but £150.00 of the deposit that you have paid against a future booking, as long as it is within 9 months of your original booking.
(4.4) Less than 2 Months : If you postpone your booking giving us more than less than 2 months notice, we will allow all but £200.00 of the deposit that you have paid against a future booking, as long as it is within 9 months of your original booking.
(5) Bringing your date forward : If you need to bring the date of your booking forward, I will take in to consideration all or part of any money that you have paid as a deposit, subject to availability. If we are not available on your new date, I regret that we will have to consider your change as a cancellation (see clause 6 below).
(5.1) 6 Months: If you bring your booking forward giving us more than 6 months notice before your original booking date, we will allow all of the deposit that you have paid against your new booking.
(5.2) 3 Months : If you bring your booking forward giving us more than 3 months notice, I will allow all but £75.00 of the deposit that you have paid against your new booking.
(5.3) 2 Months : If you bring your booking giving us more than 2 months notice before your original booking date, I will allow all but £150.00 of the deposit that you have paid against your new booking.
(5.4) Less than 2 Months : If you bring your booking forward giving us more than less than 2 months notice before your original booking date, we will allow all but £200.00 of the deposit that you have paid against your new booking.
(6) Cancellation : Your Booking Deposit is not refundable should you cancel your booking.
(6.1) If you cancel less giving less than 2 months notice your are liable to pay 70% of the total fee due for your booking.
(6.2) If you cancel less giving less than 1 months notice your are liable to pay 85% of the total fee due for your booking.
We recommend that you consider wedding insurance products
(7) Late payment: We will make every effort to help you if you respond to our communications regarding late payments But if you fail to make your payments in reasonable time your booking may be subject to special terms or cancellation with no refund of your deposit(s).
(8) Wedding photography locations / venues should be no more than 15 miles apart, a small additional charge may apply to cover additional time and travel.
(9) All Add-
(10) If you require your images to be altered by retouching (to get rid of tattoos, cold sores, pimples) we offer this service from £ 5.00 per image.
(11) Print sizes are approximate.
(12) Colour Rendition & Matching; We make every effort to make prints showing accurate colours but we cannot guarantee the results.
(13) Albums may be substituted if product is no longer available, with an equal or better quality product (you also have the option to upgrade your album [at our normal discounted upgrade price] if you wish).
(14) Main Album orders that are not placed with in 12 months of wedding may be subject to additional charges.
(15) All offers subject to availability.
